• Served as Executive Liaison for Bakery Portfolio Management (Budget impact of new initiatives, ETC, EAC) • Assessed IT and business process integration cost for acquisition of Butterkrust Baking (Sudbury, PA). • Assessed IT and business process integration cost for International Baking (Los Angeles, CA). • Planned and managed Project to replace hardware and application architecture for 4434 route operators. o This was a 2-year, $15M capital project and it was delivered on time. o We also implemented SAP XI and Websphere MQ interfaces to support mainframe-to-server data transfer. o Designed and implemented SAP to CommonStore link for storing images of 60,000 paper invoices per day, saving $200K per year in paper storage. o Wrote procurement requirements and managed the supply contracts for 5000 Motorola 9094 mobile computers • Managed Project to consolidate EDI translators for all Sara Lee divisions. • Managed the insourcing of all Sara Lee Value-Added-Network messaging contracts to an AS2 solution, which resulted in a $250K annual savings in EDI services. • Managed the migration of all EDI partnerships to implement GTIN. • Managed the integration of Sara Lee International Baking to corporate systems.
